Once upon a time, there was a 13-year-old boy, who just hopped on like it was a normal day but he saw something. That something was 75% off the pro gameday bundle for only 20 dollars. For hours this child contemplated if he should buy it, and the demons took over. He wasted 20 on virtual players and at the time it seemed like a great decision, but looking back, it had opened Pandora's box. This one purchase changed him. The adrenaline of wasting his bread and gambling filled him with joy, but it turned into a deep depression. Years later, he opened up his purchase history on his phone, and what he saw shocked him to his core. Over 300 dollars were wasted on his Xbox. The purchases spanned from 5-dollar packs on Madden to dropping 100 dollars on VC. He started to feel terrible, “what have I become?” He began to breathe hard. He felt his anger pulse through his body. He then starts to feel dizzy and passes out. Months later, he opens his eyes and finds himself in a hospital bed. He finally woke up from his coma and felt like a changed man. He then angrily but calmly writes on mut.gg. He knows one more spam forum will get him banned, but he doesn't care. He wants the world to know that EA is a money-making scam and a threat to society. So the next time you want to spend money on Madden. Think about this forum. Think about your mom and dad. Think about starving kids in food deserts. Think about how badly this purchase will age. Just don't forget this. These words of wisdom.
Thank you for your wisdom 🙏
it's an unique journey for each player.
Madden and especially the MUT community helped me overcome my other addictions.
I snapped this MUT addition last year Sep '23 (haven't play MUT since then)
Best parts are the good memories of good friends made during my MUT journey.
Will always be around! Just enjoy life and have fun! MUT can be fun ... just don't forget your good friends, family and ofc priorities!
Maybe I'll play MUT 25 when it's free on Xbox Gamepass (probably Feb '25 think) just to see what's up!
$300!!! Lol, last year my budget was $1,500 and I went over by a couple hundred. This year, I am really going to be no money spent like the moniker I see on the super teams that beat me into the ground in H2H.

Life as a kid was great....
Birthday money, Christmas money, allowance for mowing the lawn......It could be used for anything I wanted (Comic Books, Star Wars figures, G.I. Joe Figures, collectible sports cards, candy, video games, etc.). Those were the days!
Then we grow up....responsibility grows, expenses grow (mortgages, home insurance, car loans, gasoline, auto insurance, electric, cable, internet, food, water, sewer, heath care, miscellaneous repairs, etc.). Is it worth buying players in a video game that are temporarily better than you opponent's players so you have a better team and can win easier? LOL

It is if you enjoy it
Look at how people waste money spending thousands of dollars on vacations or overpaying to eat unhealthy food at restaurant's instead of cooking at home
Or the biggest waste of money...giving to politicans so they can spam the same stupid commercials while Im trying to watch sports

LOL.
I am not saying it isn't.....
For me I refuse to give more money to someone who hasn't completely made good on the things I have already paid for and earned. Had I gotten everything that was owed to me I may have been inclined to buy a pack or two.
