Omg!! Pulled 85 boom!!

Just completed the boom challenges. I did the set for the letters. I decided to select the pack 80 plus bnd. I pulled Josh Allen 85. Woohoo.

The BND packs are juiced. I pulled Bam Bam Kam in that pack that let's you choose between the BND, the 78+, and the $35,000. I wanted to just take the money because I'm tired of gambling, but then I remembered that in CUT - the BND pack gave me Judkins super early and so I went safe and got a card that is going for $300,000 on the auction block. Loving it - good for you man!!!

I got Mike Evans last week from that pack and this morning got Jalen Pitre from the 78+ BND pack. They’re juiced

Good on you man. I’m a bit jealous but I took the coins every time. Seemed like  no brainer unless these packs prove to be consistently juiced.. that seems a bit to generous for EA though.

Everything was telling me to take the 35k coins and go about my day, but i couldn't resist the temptation to see if i could luck into an 85 BND after hearing everyone else's success.  Doh, i'll never learn -- got an 80 OVR BND uhhh ROLB from the Cowgrrls or something.  Immediately quicksold and turned into a pathetic amount of Training.  Ahh well.

I got an 82 BND earlier in the day, then finally managed to luck out and scored an 85 BND Richard Sherman for ye ole 49ers theme team.  Welcome to the squad, Richard.  You'll do well opposite Cromartie (had a bunch of Legends tokens, so i burned one on BND Corner), although i guess we'll be playing primarily Zone.  Man is ridiculously inconsistent anyway, but it's nice to have the option to float back and forth between, but that base 77 MCV kind of stings.  Hard to complain, this is very unusual for EA to bless us with anything.  So i'll count my blessings.

I’m a little partial to zone for the consistency. I wish it would be man but I seem to get burned far worse and more often with it. I’ve always liked Sherman card, likely because he fits that scheme very well so happy for you there. 
 

Honestly, with this BND crap the least they could do is throw us some favorable pulls. We only have 2 choices with them. Play them or quicksell them for a compromised amount of training. Must MUT have ALL the fun sucked out of it?

This (taking the coins) is almost always the smart move... unfortunately, 35k just doesn't feel liek very many coins at this stage -- it's what, not even going to buy you much beyond a very crappy 80-81 OVR player, which is why i didn't have huge issues gambling on the BOOM or Bust pack.

Sadly, i'm trending more towards the bust than the booms and not in a good sense.

I cannot for the life of me finish the very final BOOM Solo Challenge, the requirements say to "Rush for 75+ yards" or something and no matter how many times I attempt to scurry around the field, i'm not able to complete this.  Almost certainly user error, but what is going on here.  The other requirement (for bonus star) says uhhh "Don't get tackled more than 5 times" -- however this does NOT seem to track in-game.  I'm getting something entirely different once i've started the final BOOM Solo Challenge, it's showing progress for "Rush 20 yards in XX plays" (i think).

Curious if anyone else was able to finish their final "M" to complete that last B-O-O-M token (4/4) pack.

On a plus side, i did get a Richard Sherman BND from yesterday's Solo Challenges.  Just trying to finish the last, now that these are finally unlocked for me.  Still blocked from accessing any Solo Battles, which is a separate and ongoing issue.  Uff.
