Time is of the essence with content, especially at the beginning of the game OVR increases rapidly and ability thresholds make a tremendous difference in the competitive level of a team.
86 OVR is on the market. I would expect every bit of content owed to us to come in at or above 86 OVR, or what was done and the withholding of content will seem unethical.
