Define “sometime” - 2 weeks, a month, a year?
Similar question regarding what “a bit of patience” means. Waiting 2 weeks with no clear communication isn’t being patient?

EA “reps” know nothing.
While I think there is still a good chance EA never gets it fixed properly (I’m still waiting for my 91 OVR NFL 50 Julio Jones from 5+ years ago that was never granted), I wouldn’t take anything EA Help says seriously. They quite literally have no idea.
