Anyone have experience with Watt, Simmons, Hargreaves or Ngata? I run a lot of dollar and need the best run stuffer in the middle. I run an Eagles TT so Ngata and Javon but Watt has dropped to 150k and looks really good.
And what's the best xf ability for them?

Hargrave is an absolute beast. It's either him or try to see if you can snipe a Sexy Dexi LTD today at or near rental prices, but that's asking a lot to lock up so many coins into a single player/card -- assuming you can break the bank. Go scoop Hargrave at ~175k (or less) and have fun, he's been awesome, although i have him slightly boosted (from 9/9 Ultimate Preseason + 20/20 49ers team chems), so he's at 80 SPD and has been faster than most quarterbacks until just this week.
No abilities or X-factors on Javon are worth the 100 Training, IMO. Wait til you acquire some of the AKA promo players, who have abilities that start ON.

Both Watt and Hargreaves are really good. I have them both out there and they put in work whenever EA decides it is appropriate.
Watt and simmons have been the best for me, looking at lawrence over Watt right now, only issue is speed since Watt has a good bit more. Simmons at DT is the best I've used so far though to be sure.
I wouldn't use Ngata unless you really only care about the run stop, he's too slow in the pass rush otherwise.
