Been trying out some solo battles and every game I constantly get insta-shedded when I'm on offense. Both my tackles get insta shedded about 75% of the time it feels like. They are both 79 ovr guys with decent stats. I could understand if they were silver cards or something. Is it just the dumb all madden difficulty or do I need to be sliding the line/double teaming someone every single time?
On All Madden this will happen if you call your plays stock (as-is). Pretty much any kind of adjustment you make, outside of hot routes, will reduce this happening. I simply ID the Mike or slide my o-line one direction or the other. Hope this helps.

Ok thanks! I'll try throwing in an ID the mike and see what happens. It's actually laughable how instantly my guys get shedded and how it happens damn near every play.
It seems like the CPU in Solo Battles tends to call blitzes (five- or six-man) at an unusually high rate. I have to be ready to throw hot in those cases. If you're used to just lobbing on streak routes for wins, you may run into trouble.
(I don't know for sure, but I've seen evidence that the Solo Battles opponents seem to mimic the play style of their apparent original users, down to playcalling tendencies and audibles.)

They track how many times you run each play and how many yards you average with them. I could absolutely see this. I’m just glad there’s some variety and it’s not getting dotted by Danny Dimes a couple dozen times.
