Earned all 3 cards. Only able to put 2 in set

Earned all 3 ultimate alumni cards. Went to use them in the set for the 85 ovr. It home screens me when I put josh Hines allen in. The other 2 work but it tells me I only have 2 of 3 even though I have them all. I'm unable to finish the set. I've tried resetting and everything. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is one of them in your lineup?

Also make sure that one of those players isn’t your only player at that position.

What error message you getting?

if you upgraded him or locked him then you need to undo

Take away any upgrades, and remove from lineup.  Or you need to get another player at that position, but it will usually tell you when you click on it if this is the case.

I have the same problem with just the Hines-Allen card.

Thank you to whoever told me to check to make sure I had a replacement for Hines allen at rolb. Somehow I didn't. Just make sure you have another rolb if you are having the same issue. I play offense on my squad so I didn't notice. Thanks again everyone
