Using JJ McCarthy. Would love to use a good Favre card, but unlikely to happen with his controversies. His release with some speed is good mix. Will take a Rodgers upgrade when it comes.
Using Hurts, wish his PAC n mid velocity was a bit better because really like him as my QB. What QB I want, not sure yet. Doing a NMS. I'd take a J Hurts upgrade! About to have Tebow fully upgraded (1 token away) I'll give him a try.
Using Tebow maxed
Id like a Deion Sanders oop 🥴💀😂

OOp would be nastyyy
Jayden Daniels. I know I shouldn't have taken a bnd QB, but I was (still am) broke and couldn't stand CJ Stroud 79 missing 5 yard passes. As for who I want, a good Tim Tebow card (the one we just got does not look good), Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, Matt Hasselbeck, Phillip Rivers, Steve McNair, Tony Romo,Josh Dobbs, or Jeff Garcia would be fun.
Have Desmond Ridder, want Jay Cutler.Â
Best Chicago QB of ALL-TIME. HE BRINGS THE HIT STICK!
Currently Tommy Brady but ready for my jay cutler seen him on the legend list lmao
rocking a hawks/phins tt atm
plat tua is my current qb
i want a better tua card
also culpepper, warren moon, russ, marino if they don't shaft him, jay cutler
(edit: didn't know jay cutler was such a popular pick lol)
Using: CH Tim Tebow
Want (as always): Fran Tarkenton

The OG
Josh allen right now. Want a upgraded Lamar.

The QB i want is OG Joe Cool (accept no substitutions, there can be only one). Â Montana is THE G.O.A.T. enough of this Brady talk. Â Tom would have been knocked out of the league if he played in a prior era. Â ALL the rules favor offense now, you can throw tons of hospital balls over the middle to tiny little receivers such as Wes Welker, who never would have made a team when the game was quite a bit more physical.
Anyway, thanks for the lively question. Â Would love to hear about YOUR personal favorites.
Not sure if this is a hot take or not, but Joe Montana's Traditional 1 release was the best available during M24 cycle, better than the much praised Traditional 4 (the Lamar release).
Wes welker would have made the team. So would julian edelman, desean jackson, steve smith, and tyreek hill.
Have Allen, want a love or rodgers

I'll assume you were born in 1991, so we might have different ideas or historical knowledge of the league. Â I wasn't around, at least not actively watching the NFL in 1978, but that was the very first iteration, i believe fondly referred to as the Mel Blount Rule.
Blount is one of the best cornerbacks in NFL history and his play style literally changed the way the NFL operates. The wide-open passing offenses of today are in large part due to the Mel Blount Rule preventing physical play at or close to the line of scrimmage.
What i am actually referring to is the evolution and focus on player safety, which started during the 90s and into the 2000s, tons of restrictions on hitting QBs (which allowed Tom to play infinitely longer than he would have been able to otherwise), as well as rules which were intended to protect "defenseless" receivers. Â These were continually expanded upon over the years, which is how or why Wes Welker and many (most) of the names you dropped are/were able to succeed. Â This is also roughly when Ronnie Lott made his exit from the league. Â He would have taken Wes Welker's head clear off if he got squared up against that 5'9" frame. Â I'm not sure that's really up for debate.
Even if they made the team, they wouldn't have been in the league for very long. Â Same as with the NBA, things change, making it difficult to compare eras.
Guess we'll just have to agree that Joe Montana is the greatest of all time.  Someday AI will allow us to simulate such things.  Til then, we debate it in the forums.  As far as i'm concerned, case closed.  🤪
Reason: added Mel Blount Rule quote.
