Solo battle issue

I’m having an issue with solo battles not updating points. 
the previous week I got over 300k (based on the top 100 I should have been in it). 
starting today it’s still not updating my points. 
is there anything I can do to reach out to EA about this? I tried their website for an hour and got nowhere.

Thank you I tried that. I’m also having the same issue this week so hopefully they can have a resolution to it.

sorry to jump  on this post but are there any rewards for getting into top 100? i remember when i played a bunch of years ago, top 100 would give quite a lot of extra rewards over just the normal highest tier.  seems like now you just get all the packs in real time as you rank up and then nothing for top 100. i was top 100 last week and on reset today i dont see anymore rewards

I read on  the EA Madden 25 forum that the game is tracking points, but not posting until you reach the various reward stages. Not sure if that's the case for everyone. Solo battles has been so glitchy since the start. I was seeing nothing but the leader board for almost a week. At the moment, solo battles is working normally for me but who knows how long that will last.

It isn’t updating points for me at all. Last week I finished with over 300k and never got any points posted. This week I’m up over 250k already with no points posted.
