I'd look into a CB and LT.
Budget wise:
CB - Blackmon is really good (~40k)
LT - Andrew Thomas (~20k)
Spend Big $:
CB - Revis (~330k) [ik it's bit more than you have as of your post, Cromartie's PRC is worrisome]
LT - Megatronnie (~280k)
