Sometimes if will show you the odds if you click information.   Again the odds can be vague.  Usually like a 15% chance of getting over whatever the guaranteed card value.

"Pack odds have been getting worse and worse for the last few years. Last year was sooooo attrocious that I bought the game again this year again to teach EA a lesson!! So EA, you NEED to fix this...or I'm just going to buy this again next year!".
