Defense switch assist on or off?

I noticed that “defense switch assist” is off by default. Do you guys leave it that way or is it actually helpful?

I turn that on because im pretty sure it helps with the movement once you switch players. I also turn heat seaker assist to 200 because that also helps with tackles.
