should we use these now for an 84 or do we expect to get more sets and save them?

It says more sets will be dropped and OVR will increase but the requirement won’t change, so I am holding

Save them until the last TOTW drop always for a TOTY fantasy pack at the end of the year

There are two different type of tokens this year. 

TOTW and TOTY 

TOTW you can use to get lower BND cards

Oh ok my bad i have not looked into that Program much this year but i'll save both until the end or i see someone i really want
