It says I’m completing all the objectives and maxing the stars out but when I look at it in the menu, it’s showing that I’m still missing one star.
Anybody else having this issue or know a workaround?

This is a strange one since it looks like you get all 3 after completing the challlenge. EA dev squad had to go out of there way to get this to happen.

This just happened to me too... Says that I earned the max stars for completing the challenge, but only two stars are showing up. I need those extra 100 coins!

It's actually over 8k you're missing out on that 48th star which is a milestone. 8k isn't game breaking but we earned it and it'd be nice to add to the stack

Had the same problem, you have to get the first down and on the next play hit the 20+ rushing yards

Yup I re did it 5 times getting max stars but I only ever get credit for 2 when I exit back to the mission screen.

I am having the same problem with The Buccaneers and Vikings objectives.
I complete the objective and it shows me 3 stars, then when you back out to the list of team objectives, it only shows 2 stars.
