Currently have an 83 over team. However, need to upgrade my cb1 (somehow I've been getting along with 80 reed) I run a zone scheme. budget is 250k or below. Thanks in advance for all suggestions.

With the release of Redux looming, you can potentially get the Rasul Douglas at or near rental prices: https://www.mut.gg/players/12609-rasul-douglas/25-11512609/
Richard Sherman also has extremely high Zone Coverage stat, but doesn't perform well in man situations. Here's the list i was pulling from, all corners, sorted by ZCV.

Cooper Dejean is a no brainer, best field pass player. You can get Rasul for only like 70k over his QS. Slot Specialist/Sean McDermott strat items and you have 2 90 zone cb’s.

I realize this is not a cornerback, but you can always run Safeties at corner, depending on which you happen to have more of on the roster.
