So Madden has been (one of) my favorite Game (s) for almost a decade. I've been mostly NMS, sometimes got the level offers but mostly love grinding the solos and sets, getting a better squad that way and most of all taking it into online H2H. MUT is literally the only reason I get the game.
For years I've been wondering, why it appeared that Madden is the only game where I'm plagued with input lag, menus and item picutres not loading up as quick and other things. Its between noticeable and so bad you sometimes can't choose a play on time let alone get any adjustments in - imagine how much fun that is to grind through on weekend league trying to win games. Its gotten worse this year which I believe is due to the already extremely bugging game with animations being cooked and not working properly.
I cant recount the amount of times I contacted EA over this issue claiming that I was suspecting me being situated in Europe may have something to do with it.
Same reply every time from them as from most others online was the classic "have you tried switching to hard wired, it may be the Wi-Fi" or just getting links from EA with basic troubleshooting stuff. They have told me for years that its supposed to be my connection which - again - is plenty fast enough for FPS Games or any other title I've played online. I have finally found out that I have been buying a game in a market (Europe) they don't even provide dedicated servers in. I have buying a title that mainly evolves around MUT and online gameplay when me living where I do is instantly putting me at a disadvantage so high that I will probably never be able to actually be competitive at the game. Its just not possible when you play other good players and your game is too laggy to make a ton of adjustments and you end up messing up your own playcall.
Im not sure wether I should be more mad at myself for being stupid enough to keep buying the game hoping it would get better from year to year or feeling like this should almost not be legal to sell a game that will not function as intended when you're not playing in the company's and game's primary market.
I'd love to know if the NFL, that puts so many resources into making the game bigger over here, would approve of EU players being excluded and taking advantage of like this.
They're glad to take full price, but dont want to supply any resources to ensure a good or at least the normal experience and then lie to you in customer support?

Anyway, I'm starting to sound like a Karen. This will be the last Madden for me unless this changes otherwise I'd feel even more like a cuck for this game than I already do now.
