Whos the best safeties for up top rn? Non TT 

I have Nubin 85 at FS and Derwin James at SS (chargers tt)

I could use my RP to upgrade Nubin to 87spd 90acc on TT or use 87 pack for Rome Odunze at 88spd

nubin 87 is prob 2nd best to the totw fs
