What kind of item are available for Hybrid Strategy item and Program Strategy item , i bought some at the auction but it doesnt work

Hybrid are the common strat cards (silver +1) without the coaches on them

I think the only Program Strategy card that is available is the Season of Boom card which was downgraded at the beginning of the month.
