CB rankings man/zone schemes

I play a lot of man , probably 65% man vs 35% zone and even when I play zone I like to man certain players up manually.....

Because of this I sub in CBs at Safety a lot....

In a 65-70% man scheme who would you go with/rank from the following:

Wiggins, NTL, Big play Slay, Blount, Stingley, Rasul, Surtain?

I think Wiggins and NTL have to be up there but it's hadlrs between Blount and Slay because Mel is 6'3" and Slay is 6'0 . I also think NTL and Blount would be the best CBs to run at Safety- do you guys agree?

Also who would you use in the slot?

Wiggins in the slot. Probably blount and stingley on the outside. Have not used slay but he also looks good. NTL at ss and Sean taylor at fs?
