How do I stop it consistently? Literally everyone in the game runs that and that alone.

I’ll sometimes man it up, lurk below and switch stick to my safety and undercut it

Assuming someone is running it stock with the middle guy streaked....

The best way to stop it I've found is out of Big Nickel Over G. Cover 4 Palms base aligned.

Man up the outside WR with your slot CB, put the SLB closest to the bunch in a hard flat and user the SLB furthest from the bunch. The manned up guy will be that skinny post and you'll have safety help over the top. The streaked guy should get picked up by the deep zones. The wheel route will be guarded by the hard flat then passed to the deep zone. With your user, you initially need cover the RB coming out of the backfield. Once he breaks to the flat, the hard flat should pick him up. After he breaks into that hard flat, you should just find work to do elsewhere.
