Did anyone have a case with EA Help for missing content that was changed to "No Fix"?

I stopped filing EA Help cases, they never went anywhere. I just got told they were aware and to be patient and then never got a fix.

I was just told that the "Studio" said the roll out has been completed and there is nothing more they can do.

All they would have to do is review the Ultimate Alumni Pass, but they for some reason quickly removed it from the game even though they really have not added any content.

I was also told the help people can only look back 30 days and it has been more than 30 days since we should have received our Ultimate Alumni Players.

Yeah this company is a total joke, they have no clue and spew whatever lies they feel like on a daily basis.  Every agent tells you something different.  None of them know what’s going on.  Hopefully if this gets screwed up, everyone who got screwed out of content files a chargeback with their cc company to get every cent spent on this game back and we all boycott until the license goes to another company.  That’s the only way this game will ever get better.

Yes, mine have been changed to this even though I was told in the case transcript that it was a known bug and being investigated. Total BS.

You can contact ten different EA no-Help reps and get ten different responses. They don't know jack squat about American football, let alone have any ability to "fix" much of anything. EA doesn't give a shit. Please don't get your hopes up thinking they actually know anything, let alone have ability to actually help. 

I got suckered down that hole during M24. I've received exactly nothing, as well for our rewards. I mean, I got all three 84 OVR Rookie Premier, Puka, four (4) All 32 Team chem cards... plus two Christian Watsons. I also received my initial Ultimate Alumni set for earning 70 stars in CFB, but NONE of the latest round of upgrades have arrived. Zero 87s, could really use em.

Please let me know if anything changes, seems a ton of us are just shit out of luck. I sincerely doubt EA no-Help is the solution, best of luck brother. 👊

I doubt if anything changes. If they really wanted to make things right, they could and they could have done so any time in the last 37 days but they have not. They could easily look and see what items were earned after the last Ultimate Alumni Madden 25 Item and used that for verification, but they did not do so.  You are right about all of the different responses. Two days ago, I was assured everyone would get all of their missing items. Last night I was told the roll out is over and final. The EA help does not have the ability to help. They told me only the developers could fix up whatever they screwed up. What they are doing and have done in the past is intentional.

You are absolutely, 100% correct here -- nothing can, nor will change as long as EA retains the exclusive licensing rights with the league.

The only point i would disagree with, is the portion where you state "they could."  I'm not convinced EA actually knows how to build a fair, balanced, nor competitive football video game, let alone one that is fun.  Sure, they could quickly and easily issue these cards to every single player in-game, but when it comes to anything that requires actual effort on the part of EA, things that aren't easily automated, well... that's when they typically have issues.

They went from having a dev team barely able to keep up with MUT, now they've been split and have to maintain CFB on top.  EA didn't go out and hire twice as many developers, they're having to do twice as much, which is why NCAA has basically become a beta test platform for Madden.  Bleh.  Our only hope is that the NFL finally realizes having more than one football game would be good for business.

True......But have you played CFB 25 lately? Since the new season began, there is practically no new content. They update objectives for field pass XP and there have been a couple Legend Challenges, but that is about it.

The NFL needs a better choice and that is not out there at the moment. Is anyone ambitious? Is there anyone capable of video game creation? There are probably a number of players that would be interested in a money-making opportunity that does not involve EA. Who owns the XFL? Can a superstars of football game be created as long as there are no references to the NFL or team logos?

No, i only got NCAA because my kid asked for it for his bday, so i got suckered into the MVP bundle, Deluxe edition of both games.  I played it purely to earn rewards for MUT.  It's difficult for me to care about college football, the games are rarely competitive.  I'm interested to see iron sharpen iron, best on best -- the NFL is often hyper-competitive, modern day gladiators... which makes most games extremely fun.

College is 80% D1 schools versus Sister's of the Poor or whatever ridiculously outmatched scenarios typically play out.  College hoops is way more competitive and fun, but football is a man's game, college kids aren't even fully grown yet, it can often take 1-2+ years to grow into a true NFL body.  There's simply no comparison, IMO.

I assume the limited Dev resources have been placed back on MUT team, which is where the bulk of the dollars stem from... keeping pace with their live service nonsense.

The help person I had 2 days (Mr. Saeed, or something like that. You could spell Allah is bad seed from the letters in his name) was the exact opposite of help. He was no-Help as you stated. He may have even hindered any future inquiries. I told him I completed all of the objectives in CFB 25 Ultimate Alumni and I am still waiting on one more Ultimate Alumni Player in Madden. He then tells me that they can only view the last 30 days so he doesn't know if I am owed all 3. Do you believe this guy tried to introduce bad information and falsehoods to create doubt about the claim? I did not wait 30 days to inquire with help. If I was not actually owed this player or did not complete all of the objectives, one of the other help people would have pointed that out within the first 30 days, but that was not the case. This Saeed person said he did not know and tried to create the possibility that I was not owed the item. What scum!

Maaan, i understand exactly what you are going through, but you are just wasting time and energy trying to contact these no-Help chumps over and over and over.  It's a truly unfortunate and difficult lesson we all have to learn for ourselves.  The entire EA no-Help call center will be replaced by AI chatbots within the next ~18, i can almost guarantee it.  I suspect $2000/month for an LLM corporate fee will be significantly less than whatever they're paying folks overseas.

And i think that will improve things, at least allowing some consistency in response.  Repeat after me, my friend, EA no-Help is not the answer. They know less than nothing.  They will lie straight to your face.  Next time you want to contact them, come here and rant to us, instead.  We'll at least respond truthfully, even if it's not always what you want to hear.

BTW, i finally received all of my content last night:

• three 87 OVR RP
• four All 32 team chems cards
• 84 OVR Puka
• three 82 OVR UA -- but i already have/had these, not sure what we're supposed to do with them, i can't build another 85 OVR UA set.  Bleh, free training i guess.

but it's hard for me to even care now.  OOOH yeah, i got some 87 OVRs now that they're dropping 88s.  They made damn sure these free cards were not elite by the time we got them.  Fuck these chumps.  I spent TONS of time, money and resources to earn these in M24 expecting they'd be part of the new game release cycle.  If I give EA another dollar, please come to my house and slap me silly.
