So I chatted with EA help for about the 10th time total regarding this whole RP/UA fiasco. I have been still missing my 88 UA and the other items were very slow to roll out. The “agent” actually was very understanding. Now I had already received my 3 RPs the other day and was just missing the UA, but I told them that their level of customer service was horrendous and that based on my experience in customer service, they really should be giving those who were still missing content, something extra for the issue. They said they agreed with me! Didn’t commit to doing anything, but as the previous 9 agents told me, just asked me to patiently wait and the content would arrive soon. I wake up this morning and get the rewards screen, so I figure, oh its my stupid VIP daily entry, nope, it’s and “extra“ RP and all team token. Allowed me to get Daniels so I can sell my Caleb Williams! Then another rewards screen pops, and it’s my 88 OVR UA! The only thing better would be if I suddenly got a season 2 XP token on top of that! Not sure if I should give EA credit for doing the right thing, or if it was just another EA framing the wrong rewards issue? What do you guys think?
Well your conversation helped me out I'm guessing as well...this morning yet another 88 RP and team chems token showed up (so...that is now four I have gotten). Still no UA, but...this is way more then I was expecting. Thanks to you for being our voice with them.

I think they're just finally doing something got another RP and token last night and when I went to check for AU After reading this post I had a game time fantasy pack. I also did a pretty long write up of all the items I was missing and how its ridiclous madden seems to be the only rewards based game with this constant issue on the EA help forum and "opened" another case about my list of like SEVEN different missing things after seeing they marked my old ones as resolved or closed. Probablt a coincedence but I'll take it. Now they just need to be transparent with Season tickets and stop that shady BS and we're half way to a decent non-gameplay experience.

Lol...so read your response and went back to my packs...and...88 UA and GT Fantasy Pack (have not opened it yet...so no clue what is in it). I think I'll just keep going back and forth and see if they give me a Golden Ticket player by mistake.

Lol I went back on and got my AU player pack finally. They actually got all the main stuff now. I'm shocked.
Edit: BTW the fantasy pack is just a 3 round pick of 1 of 2 80+ game time players (1 was a boom player though so maybe not ALL game time promo players but game time centric. Sellable too. I got 80s across the board of course but doesnt hurt to open now with 2 LTDs in packs atm. Can't sneeze at a free 30-40k or so even if I got the absolute bare min for that pack lol.

Thanks for the info on the pack...I was in greedy mode and was expecting a fantasy pack of all the high ovrs (yep...I lost my mind)...so I have now tempered my greed and agree...free is free so I'll take it and am still surprised I got anything in the end.

It seems like EA put some effort fort the last couple days to make things right.

The EA no-Help agents have absolutely nothing to do with the actual in-game experience. They can only make up excuses and tell you "sorry, we're working on it, please continue to be patient" or best case scenario perhaps they'll offer to review the status of your account, but I've not known them to EVER do anything useful or constructive.
A whole bunch of other people began receiving their 4th Rookie Premier set, sadly I was not one of the fortunate sons. Enjoy your bonus, but you would have been equally as successful had you stepped outside and literally pissed directly into a strong wind. =)
