Because there doesn't seem to be anything special about him... 

Even if he got baked on Vanguard... the run game on current gen isn't great so I doubt people will be paying up for that... at least not right now.

because the store offers gives you a chance for the ltd, he will prob go up once he is out of packs

I wondered the same thing a bit ago -- i assume anyone who cares that much about an elite (top 3-5) Tight End in-game is due to receive a Kyle Pitts in roughly a week.  Not to mention, we already have a couple other TEs which are both superior to Gronk (i.e. Dalton Kincaid, who gets actual abilities and Vernon Davis, who has been in-game for weeks).

Quite frankly, nobody cares... or so it seems.  He's not part of any particularly great theme teams (meaning Dolphins, Chiefs, Lions, etc.), doesn't get any useful abilities.  Enjoy the discounted player, buy buyer beware!
