Is this what you are searching for?  Appears it is technically: Big Nickel Over G - Cover 2 Contain

Playbooks which have this:

  1. 4-3
  2. 46
  3. Bears
  4. Bills
  5. Chiefs
  6. Colts
  7. Raiders -- this is the one i have been using heavily.

46 is pretty great, as well.
