Yes, rookie premier sets come at the end of the previous madden (madden 24 for this years cards like daniels).  At the end of madden 25, (assuming rookie premiers will still be a thing) you will be able to do sets for a 99 version of players picked in the next draft, and they will be linked to your account to get their lower OVR card in the early stages of madden 26.  Just dont bank on having them when youre supposed to, EA has been horrifically bad at rolling them out on time the past few years.

I run with Lynch as my RB1/power back with bruiser and he bodies didddd still. I have Barkley at RB2/third down and I get a very good mix with both of them appearing multiple times on the game. Electric duo. Thinking of trading down cmc for aslott. I run a seahwawks theme team with +2 trucking so Beast mode is upgraded to 87 ovr with 87 speed and 89 trucking power. Absolute unit

This is facts

I can tell none of yall run spin cycle on him . This card alone got me that 88 pitts. He has same spin move as Breece hall did in regs and judkins did in college. Spin cycle changes this card by light years

I agree plus achane gets hb apprentice so he gets Texas routes and wheel routes
