Honestly, I have no sympathy for those who still have not gotten their Ultimate ulumni make rights. You should not be able to incorperate cards from a different franchise into MUT just because you bought cfb 25 and played it a little. Good riddance, as you got suckered by an a company that is well known to be innept to put it mildly.

If a consumer purchases from a company that is well known to have poor customer service and poor product quality, and then decides to complain when they experience the exact thing that is well known about this business, yah I would say it is fair to say that ownership should be placed on the consumer complaining as they made a poor choice believing that the company would provide them with said product without any issues what so ever.
In summary, stop complaning about it and just accept it, it will make your life a lot easier.

WOW! That's a really poor take. This mentality is why we have companies like EA who treat the consumer like the enemy. So in your mind we should accept whatever incompetence a company throws our way? I've seen some really dumb comments on MH and here, but this has to be top 5.

WOW, this is a truly dark take. Just bend over and take it... and be grateful, because you should know better.
I assure you it is NOT the customer's fault for paying a $100 (or more) and not getting what they paid for. In a functioning democracy, we'd have some types of checks and balances, not to mention actual consumer protections, or at the very least, we'd have actual competition in a "free" market economy -- sadly, none of those things exist.
Regardless, that's an absolutely terrible take. Yikes.

Giving your money to EA and expecting a functioning product, is arguably one to the top 5 unintelligent things I have ever heard on this website.

Oh I bought the game, I just have accepted that there are going to issues and that I not going complain or lose sleep over them, or complain cause that is not going to change anything.
