I work for a large corperation that has similar customer service practices to ea, and if I have learned anything, it is that they could not give a single flying f*ck about your complaints or feelings. As long as their (the shareholders) bottom line in not greatly affected negatively, they do not care. So as the consumer, you can either stop consuming the product entirely, or accept that it is what it is and move on with your life.
