1 unopened package - can't open it

Hi,

After completing today's Daily Challenges from the Season 2 Field Pass I got the two usual packs:

- Coin pack
- Strategy pack

I opened the Strategy pack first and quicksold it.
Then I tried to open the Coin Pack but the next screen says "No packs to open".

The previous screen still says "1 unopened package". 
Restartet the game several times (it already has received todays update) but no change.

Not a big deal as it's only a few thousand coins but still annoying that the unopened pack icon is still showing up.

Any idea how to solve this?

Same problem.  This release is just another EA dumpster fire.

Solo battles reset  and no rewards for replaying levels.  Now it's impossble to get the higher level rewards if you were close to MVP or Legend.

Showtime and The Breakouts were reset but no new challenges posted (yet). 

How to solve this?  EA needs to hire a new dev team or at least QA this abomination before release.

completed yesterdays daily early this morning then today's an hour later. both packs show on the main menu in unopened packs. when i go into packs menu they aren't there.

Yeah, starting by firing the pathetic Director of Madden would be a good start, but it costs money to hire talented people.  However, we're all assuming that EA actually cares about improving the product (they do not).  Modern gaming landscape has been plagued by the same stuff that infects everything else in our society, the "free" market economy -- once the Wall Street investment firms figured out there were billions to be made off the backs of the gaming community, well, that was the point when all hope was lost.  Sadly, this is not exclusive to EA Orlando / Tiburon, many major AAA games have similar (i.e. extremely low) quality of product, pushed by out of touch devs and product managers.  The problems are greater than just one guy, or even just one company.

Private Equity's only goal is to increase revenue, while cutting costs, which in turn equals greater profits (and/or increased share price).  Nothing short of giving EA the Ubisoft/Concord treatment will have any meaningful impact.  We can continue to hope, wait (and pray?) for the league to open up their exclusive licensing rights, but May 2026 is quite a ways off.

You can open the pack on the companion app, I just did this with mine (same problem as you)

Companion app force closes for me and doesn't work.

Eventually EA will get around to helping you and unlock it, it’ll probably open up tomorrow or Monday otherwise you’re screwed for right now. Dailies and field passes in Madden are so glitchy they still have a lot of work to do to get it right

Ya EA is definitely not the only company that has no care for the games they put out as long as they make money. Every game now is a glitchy mess when it first releases and are so filled with micro transactions. Hopefully there are brighter days for the gaming community but currently doesn’t seem to be that way.

One game that still is pretty good is COD. Sure there are micro transactions but you can play the game just as well as everyone else without them, granted I didn’t play MW3 but the rest were pretty good (Hopefully Black Ops 6 is)

It happened to me a couple of days ago, and it showed up  the next day when I started  up

Mine showed 2 also, next time I looked in both days coin quicksell packs showed up
