Are you sure you're not looking at the XFactor GS? The ability GS should be 4 AP.

I completed the set and put 2 tokens into levis and Gs is only 2Ap but won't let me put HRM as his x factor

Mine shows 4 AP for GS. Everyone I've played against that had GS on Levis was 4 AP. Weird.

upload it on imgur, then open the pic in a new window so it’s just the photo outside of the imgur website then copy the url, click the 3 dots on mut.gg and paste the url into the photo option

Yeah same thing happened to me yesterday on Xbox. Did the Levis set, had 2 AP gun in the second bucket and I was like nice let’s go. Go to enable it (along with 2 other players at 1 AP each) and it says offensive cap exceeded - the left indicator on the lineup screen says 4/4 AP though. I try taking off the other two players and giving Levis all 4 with hrm and gift wrapped, and then when I clicked enable my game crashed out of mut back to the home screen. After I go back in, the 2nd bucket says 4 AP for gun. Sorta weird all around but is what it is

All i did was go thru all the ability tiers and gs was 2 ap,i didnt add anything else,and when i went to my lineup to the abilities that same 2 ap shows up.
