My game is telling me that I have 4 unopened packs but when I click on them it says that I have 0. I know that I have them but was never able to open them. Any suggestions?

Mine took about 24-48 hours and finally was able to see my daily token packs. Not sure why they were stuck.

As @Daddy already stated, this seems to resolve itself by entirely closing and relaunching your M25 game client, versus simply putting the console to sleep and logging back into Ultimate Team.
Completely close / end and restart Madden 25 from main menu.

Tried this and the only way that worked was that worthless app. Well technically it's not worthless anymore.
