For example, even a rating at supposedly straight forward as speed and accel, they dont matter
Like on some plays a 90 speed WR cant outrun an 85 speed WR
On other plays an 85 speed WR will outrun a 88 speed DB
So instead of new cards having numberical speed ratings, EA should just admit they're a range
Like Waddle doesnt have 89 speed, but actually a range of 82-89 (depending on how EA feels that day)
It's like stamina matters now.
EA uses SBMM to match you then they use technology to nerf your players or theirs to try and keep the games as close as possible. Been like that for years. All Madden will have an 80 speed Dlineman run down Tyreek. Just how it goes.

The NFL needs to stop licensing this craaaap
According to them DDA is not in the game..however they have similar concepts built in the game that involve weaker teams getting juiced up, or stronger teams getting nerfed, to keep everything even. There is even a setting in the game that says something like "even teams" or whatever. So, even if it's SUPPOSED to be disabled, and they legitimately believe it isn't happening, could we really trust them to get that right? haha....rofl.
Throwing 1:1 deep balls has definitely been tough for me this year even with a large speed difference.
I just sold my vintage Cheetah and probably threw 20 picks on 1:1 deep balls for maybe 1 TD lol. My favorite was him putting his hand up with a step vs melifonwu and then ending up 5 steps behind him because he got bumped right after.
Last year I could lob throw a lead pass but this year it seems like everything needs to be a high point.
