Open up the companion app and open the packs there.

Ive heard in the past guys were getting banned because of the comp app,is that still a thing?

I've used it since Madden 23 and haven't run into any issues.

Damn im still rolling with a android phone lol and it looks like it only works on iphones and i pads.Time to come out of the stone age i guess.

Having the same issue, got 4 unopened packs on the home screen, when I click it says I don't have any and should purchase packs. So annoying.

Yes, it was a thing in the past, but typically (at least in my specific case) i was banned for selling random Gold cards at or near max pricing. I'm sure EA's automated bot-ban system is still in place, but the min/max pricing ranges seem to be rather tight this year.
Anyway, you shouldn't have any issues merely using the Companion App to open a handful of packs. If all else fails, be sure to fully close down the game client and relaunch from your console's main menu. Obviously i cannot promise anything, but in some rare instances that will help refresh/reset things, so you can view your unopened packs.

I've been using the app from my Pixel 7 Pro without issue. Well, i mean, everything EA does is a buggy ass mess, this is no exception, but you can at least launch it and open packs if you're still not able to locate them from in-game menus.

I got 4 packs, all trash, highest card was an 81. Nothing else over a 76.

I QUIT MADDEN and restarted it and all the packs were back
