Vintage from Sets

Can I still get the 88 vintage cheetah card from the set? I did the 88 country strong set and was able to get the 89 LTD so I’m wondering if it’s possible to get the cheetah still as well from them. It says it is in sets but want to make sure before I invest coins

Yes you can but it's drop rate is very low.  Probably 1 in 20 sets has it
