Never got UA makegoods or makerights for the incorrect store postings. I submitted a ticket last week and have had zero response other than the automated "We've received your ticket, we are so sorry!".

After you submitted a ticket, did you try the chat and inquire further?
I am not sure if it helped, but I did the chat a few times and further explained my situation.
I was about to chat again and explain that even though they removed the Ultimate Alumni Pass, a fully upgraded Nabers would prove I did more that the requirements to receive the Ultimate Alumni crossover players, but I got an 87 UA pack and decided that was fair enough.

i never did any rps but i got my 88 UA and took barkley. although wasnt there supposed to be some sort of xp token?

I wouldn't recommend going to EA help. They aren't going to do anything. Try tweeting at or DM'ing the MaddenNFLDirect twitter account. I was able to get my stuff after they helped me out

Never gor the make goods for the xp token or RP. EA help did nothing but say to wait....joke of a company.
