Anyone else have this issue, I just spent 2800 points on the AKA season specials pack, then it took me back to the front page of the store right away but still took my points. I went back to the specials It’s not there anymore and it says I have 2 unopened packs but they don’t show up when I click it. I’ve tried restarting my game and console but they don’t show up even though it says I have 2 packs.

Ea is pissing me off with this pack glitch thing too. 2nd time this year, waiting for mystery os ks now the aka season special aka bundle. They better repay us in full, im talking abt getting 4 packs now. This is 28$ I took out of my pocket and it’s suppose to be automatic. Not being forced to wait. I’m abt done with ea.

Restarting didn’t work the way I fixed it was what someone else said above I had to open them in the companion app.
