A few issues. I would appreciate any help you can give

1. I have 13 unopened packs showing on my dashboard and when I try to click on them it says I have no packs to open. Any idea how I can open these packs?

2. I never received my Hispanic Heritage Players. I assume they may be in some of the 13 packs I mentioned in my 1st problem.   

3. I never received my season 2 Ultimate AlumnI Token that is supposed to give you 116,000 XP. For all I know that is probably part of the 13 unopened packs also.   

Any help or suggestions you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Been seeing people say you can open them in the app. Hopefully it works for you and solves all 3 issues.

How do you access the app? And I’ve never used the app before but I’ve seen a lot of people say that they have been banned from madden or the auction house due to using the app. Is this a legitimate concern or is that for people doing nefarious things on the app?

It's (now) called the Madden 25 Companion app. Supposedly, no one has ever been legitimately banned from their use of the app. However, the app will flag transactions on the AH as usual just like on console, so if you buy something too far above it's average price then the transaction will probably be flagged. Likewise, you would be flagged if you sold something for a price way higher than the average price. It would then be up to EAs discretion whether they ban you or not.

Regardless, if you just need to open your packs, get the app. The packs will probably be there for you to open in the app. Open your packs and then exit out if you are worried about the app for whatever reason.

Pro tip, the app also seems to be the best way to buy things off the AH, unless you nd your console live in or around Orlando. Items seem to hit the AH moments before they appear on the AH on a console.

Thank you both so much for your help. Yes all 13 packs were there and able to open including the Hispanic Heritage Players. The only remaining issue is the 116,000 XP. That wasn’t one of the 13 unopened packs. Any idea how I can go about getting that? I have received all of my other Ultimate Alumni Crossover content besides that XP boost.
