I need help trying to figure out what is in the Legendary option pack before I start to grind the Season Pass.
It's the same idea as the "Epic Options Pack" with the OVRs juiced a bit.
- Boom or Bust - 1 random 83+ Player
- Recruitment - A handful (5 I think?) random 80+ players
- Fantasy Picks Pack - A fantasy pack of random players (79+, I think?)
Anecdotally, I've gotten both of the free legendary packs from the season pass. I took the recruitment pack both times. I thought they were ok value (at least compared to the chemistry tiers that always ended up as a 2k quicksell for me). First time I got a an 84, 83, two 82s, and an 81. The second time I got an 83, three 81s, and an 80.
I always go the boom or bust route. Dont want any BND's unless the BND vs non BND is +3/4 levels higher, then its a toss. I pulled 88 Dalton Kincaid from my last pack. Rest were pretty garbage I think.
The recruitment pack is 100 times better than the boom or bust. More cards and better odds in my experience. Boom or bust is usually garbage

This is my experience as well. Both the Boom or Bust and the Recruitment pack give stock/non-BND cards, but the Recruitment Pack gives you more chances (only one of which needs to be "good" to equal a "good" BoB pack) for only a small dip in minimum OVR. In my experience the extra spins have provided far more value (on avg.) than the Boom or Bust pack.

Boom or Bust is absolute trash, avoid this at all costs. Took me all of Season 1 to understand how i was approaching things incorrectly, but lesson learned. Either of the other options are mostly fine -- i'm typically grabbing the "Recruitment" value pack and have scored some decent options there, such as 87 OVR Brock Bowers just the other day. YMMV, but typically yer gonna BUST, so my advice is to steer clear.
