How do you guys make the most coins? I see some people saying Solo Seasons but I don't know how effective Solo Seasons is if you really grind. I need an opinion because I felt like I haven't been making that much coins for buying players when they drop and then go back up. I also can't find ANY sets at all to make profit off of. Let me know your methods and how much you have earned from doing so.
I’m NMS, have a 87 overall team (mostly BND & 7 LTD). I’ve only played solo seasons, battles, house rules and challenges. Earlier on it was easier because you could sell 79-82 for some good coins. I’ve still consistently got several 80+ cards grinding through solo seasons. My current coin total is 1.5 million then have 2.4 mill in my LTDs. It’s kinda boring but I don’t like playing online (minus special house rules promos)
I work from home and often play while I work so I have every solo challenge complete and generally get it done the day it comes out. I'm able to sell cards before losing too much value and sometimes flip for a small profit. Otherwise when I have time off work I just play.

Learn to work the market. Identify trends and patterns, and capitilize on them. For reference my currrent squad is an 88 ovr nms and my coin stack is roughly 14 million (I know a few others who have already hit 20 mil). I probably make 90% of my coins from working the market and 10% from actually playing the game.
Another basic recommendation, if you really want get anywhere in this game, work hard and do not spend a coin until you get your "investing stack" to at least 5 million". I personally did not upgrade my team until I hit 10 mil this year, but in my experience you have to have at least 5 mil in bank if you want to scale and make a meaningful amount of coins.
As boring as it is (and it can be boring)...solo seasons is the route I found to be the easiest. When a new promo drops there is a chance to make some coin on sets, but...you have to have a solid coin stack as you could easily tie up hundreds of thousands of coins waiting for the sale (to make 10-30k profit)...on sets if you guess wrong...you could get left holding the bag or even losing some. Solo seasons is the safest route (zero risk).

I know there's trends and patterns, but are you able to specify what you notice in the market? I like it when it's more in detail. Only trend I know right now is when a certain part of a promo drops, its previous cards drop.

One thing you can look at is card volume, and learn when there are going be a lot of cards on the market (high supply) and buy when that is the case. This most likely occurs when programs drop, but can also occur when there is a pack glitch.
You want to sell when the is a lower amount of cards on the market. One thing I do is check players from specific programs on mut gg (such as reduxes, aka's, legends, totw). When looking at cards from these programs, if there is high volume of cards avaible, that is when you want to buy, and if the opposite is true, that is when you want to flip them. I would say that you also want identify which cards hold their value (meaning which cards may temporaly dip a bit, but then go back up over time). Not all cards hold their value.
find 200-300k, find profitable set/s, spam sets until youve got a mil or two in the bank, invest, dont fuck ur investments up too bad and ur golden for the year
im no money spent with 1 mill in coins, i play ranked alil bit, solo seasons, and squads. but what i mostly do for coins is i open the free 1 coin bnd pack and if i get lucky and get a really good card i use him and sell who i was using. its only happened twice, i got a free night train who i already had, so i quick sold him, then i pulled charles haley who im still using.
6.75M here with 86 ovr squad of mostly bnd, if I sold my team I would probably get about 200k lol.
The key is learning to win with what the game gives you and being very patient in how you upgrade. To recognize market patterns it is pretty easy, always look at store offers and identify what the spenders will probably target. Example when D.K dropped, the big offer was 3 cards, 2 of which were guaranteed to be at least 89ovr. So you should have been on that filter to snipe the 89 Champs from people disappointed they didn't get D.K.
Another thing you should have been doing was seeing that there were 32 new sets for those 89s meaning there were some 89s that would be more expensive than others so you could snipe the set pieces and build the most expensive 89 for profit. There was a large window where you could build 86s that were selling above 150k for under 115k, consistent profit.
Just look for patterns like that every promo or daily depending how you want to attack the market.

Cap. 7 LTD's and NMS? Bs.
A lot of people cap online but there is really no consistent way to make money this year.

I'm 86 OVR (87 OFF/86 DEF), I have 3 LTD's, 7.3 million and NMS (I did get the points from the deluxe version). I've found this year to be the easiest to make coins. I've usually chilled around 3 mill in coins, never had over 6 mill until the end of the year when I was done. Not everyone is lying to you bud.

This is a very good answer, and how I've been making coins this year. Last 2 weekends, I was making 88 OVR Breakout players for 100k profit each. I would snipe the 82's for less than 15k (need 10 of them), find 3 85's for 70k or less, make Joshua Williams who was selling for mid-high 400's. Rinse and repeat multiple times. One additional step, I would check the price of the 85 OVR Bucs C and Ravens MLB (forget their names). If either of those cards were selling for 105k or more, I'd sell that card outright rather than build the 88 set. I think I generated 1 mill in coins each day.
Now I wouldn't recommend this for everyone because it does get tiresome just refreshing the AH over and over.
