If you haven’t received anything yet I think the move is to move on.. whatever that looks like for you. It seems like EA considers this resolved.

I‘m really sorry that you didn’t receive what you were owed, but unfortunately, I think the ship has probably sailed on Rookie Premiere and Ultimate Alumni. I know it sucks to hear this, but if you haven’t received make-rights by now, they most likely aren‘t coming. EA has moved on.

Final roll outs finished a good bit ago now lol. EA is considering this issue resolved. You should be contacting them.

i got most of mine the first time, then got a double of everything again during the roll out. Crazy how some didn't get anything and others got double smh

I've contacted them three diffrent time thourgh chat ,,,and then I've opened quite a few cases,,and thier reply is that the team knows of the issue and are addressing it,,that they can't do anything on thier end,,basically all three times they gave me a copy and pasted replys,,wat way did u message them directly by

Yeah, I’m kind of over that I missed out on a few things, but I think they eventually gave me everything back. I don’t know. I think I’m still missing the XP token but I’ve moved on. I have a question. What is going on with solo battles? it’s on and off every day. It’s perfect. Way for me to get rid of my daily without having to really break a sweat. 😂 thanks trying to finish strong on level 47 wanted to get to 50 by just playing a few solo battles and for some reason I keep getting that freaking rand screen instead of the one with all the battles on it solo battles, but I guess not it seems PlayStation five Xbox is not affected. And PC too - anyone ? Thanks 🙏
