objectives were to force a turnover in 4 plays and get 2 tackles.    

I celebrated on the punt return and fumbled the ball.   It gave me 5 stars.

You actually don't have to showboat or fumble the punt return.  I just finished this one... and the CPU punted the ball out of bounds and the challenge ended with 5 stars.  So it looks like the "turnover" is coded to count a turnover on downs.
