New rare strategies and best strategies to use

What strategies are you guys currently using on offense and defense are there any clear-cut and obvious strategy choices like ik the in the zone ones that give coverage are good for defense and the throw-power ones are usually the favorite for offense so what have you guys been using so far?

I haven't yet taken a deep dive down the blue (rare) strategy items list, but these things can often be very specific to your squad (and scheme) at the time.  Throw Power is always going to be good, until we reach that max 99.  Not much else on offense really seems to make a massive impact, I'm not sure I've adjusted my offensive strategy item since the very first week.

On defense, for me anyways, it's always about getting the most out of my current players, so if I'm running a lot of Man Coverage, my goal would be to bump or boost the DBs to that magic 90 Man Coverage threshold.  Or Zone, both work with similar thresholds for coverage stats.  It's a passing league after all, so I guess my focus has and will probably remain these coverage stats.

There's three total Strategy items that can work to boost defensive players:

1. Defense Strategy Item -- i'm typically using +1 ZCV +1 MCV (green/uncommon)
2. Coaching Strategy Item -- for Zone i was using Sean McDermott (Bills) who has +1 ZCV, for Man it was Jim Harbaugh (Chargers) for +1 MCV
3. then the uhh Special (grey / common) strategy item (at the very bottom sixth of six) -- that can boost CB +1 ZCV (or MCV)
