It didn't show up on the home menu for me either. Go to the Most Feared section in Events. Scroll to "Most Feared Draft" under the  objectives. Click it, then it brings up a popup. Click again and it takes you to the draft.

It won’t let me use my token to play, but it did let me use 15k. Anther thing, my madden keeps freezing trying to make selections, I must of had to reset 4 times to make all of them.
