Did anyone else do the set for the season 3 xp token on the first day and only got like 25 coins. I heard from a friends that it is fixed and can be done properly twice. Do you think we will get a makeright?

I did it on the first day and the first token gave me the full amount of XP for both tokens, and then the second token was just a quicksell for 100 coins. While it didn't look right visually, the intended reward was given.
