If we detect inappropriate UGC, we may sanction the player who submitted it, and if applicable, remove it from any EA Service at our discretion.

What do you do to spur the hate? No one gets on the mic and starts talking racist and nasty comments for no reason. It’s not right, but look at what you might be doing to cause it.…and yes, youre likely doing something.
