yes you can but unless lamars your fav player I wouldnt recommend as qb,wr and skill postions get outdated within 2 weeks usually but the games abt fun so do what you want my guy but yes you can get lamar bnd if youd like once hes released because the pack will update but wait to open it and check twitter so you know its safe to go open it for lamar if thats who you want!
