There is zero debate here - Kittle. If budget is a factor, it's a tough call because Gates is half the price. That said, the best budget buy in the game at TE is Kincaid at 100k. That card will get separation on most LBs and you can use as a set card for the next promo when we step up to 91 OVR champions.
