I don’t care if the ref says he “couldn’t see the play because he was turned the other way” or any more of that crap. That was an obvious face mask. I feel like the only people happy with this are the refs, Rams fans, and people who bet over on 48.5.
I agree. I'm actually a big fan of the guy that committed the facemask (Byron Young (Go VOLS)). But it was an atrocious call. Unfortunately, they can't review no-calls. I will say though, you can't blame the entire game on one missed call. The Vikings had ample opportunity to score and didn't. Penalties aside, the Rams just played like the better team last night.
I know, it’s just that we still had a last chance to win and it was stolen by the refs. We’ve hit that 97 yd TD to Jefferson, so I believe we could’ve gotten 85 ish yards in 2 minutes

I agree. Not a Vikings fan (although I like watching them play) but I was actually pissed off. Every month Im thinking more and more that the nfl is fixed. Like the refs were just STARING AT THE OBVIOUS FLAG!

You could tell from his reaction that even Byron knew it was a penalty, he just got lucky with the no call
Yes that was a horrible missed called, and yes it _ended _ the game, but it would’ve been a long shot for a Vikings win even if it was called. The Rams outplayed them in that game
