He was like 33% chance in regular totw packs. Pulled 1 every 3-5 packs.

I don't appear to have any TOTW packs in the XBOX Store. Are we supposed to get new packs every week?

that makes sense.  i guess i should be glad i got four for 610k even though i missed the glitch.  made about 600k selling them back so basically got mine for free
