I'm sure it is they've carried over every season up to this point i don't see them going away from it

most likely, they carried over the previous seasons. Honestly, with how the season players go this year a lot of them are fairly mid if they don't fit your theme team I'd hold or spend them on boom or bust packs.

Wish it went back to season 1 where all were able to have 32 teams

Ya that'd be okay but then after season 4 we'd have 20+ players with every team chem and that would kind of defeat the whole point of theme teams

they could do 1 token per season that grants that season player 32 team chem.

Yeah, they carry over.
Besides the FB and maybe KVB (depending on who you have already) they’re nothing to worry about. So manny options.
Slow rolling this season and taking advantage of the price cuts at overall increase is important. If you want any as backups
I plan to carry all mine over

Im upgrading B Dawk and Vanden Bosch with tickets, then upgrading Bennett with upgrades I get through season pass. Saving the rest of my tickets for next season

I've been ripping boom out bust because this season's players have been, meh. S1 were good, S2 some gems but honestly there's nothing to see here really. I'll do dawkins and okoye with the season tokens and probably carry a load over. Boom or bust hasn't been too profitable

Yes, EA has already stated that tickets will transfer over every season.
