Loss to opponent for final Sinister win

I was kneeling out to get my 5th and final win in sinister and my opponent dc’d and I got a loss. 
 

I also didnt get any rewards for the first four wins… is this actually serious?

I assume nothing will be done by ea help if I ask.. :(
